Rules that supporting the Palestinian struggle is obligatory. Urges Muslims to avoid transactions with, and use of, products affiliated with Israel or supporting occupation and Zionism; it gives no list of brands. Encourages fundraising, prayer and prayers for the dead for Palestinians. Recommends that the Indonesian government press Israel through diplomacy at the UN and the OIC.
