PalestineDeclares that jihad has become a religious obligation on the whole Muslim nation, and holds Muslim leaders responsible before God. Calls on Islamic states with ties to Israel to suspend relations, withdraw their ambassadors and expel Israeli envoys until an unconditional ceasefire. Calls on the OIC to set up an emergency relief fund for Palestinians. Mufti Taqi Usmani said jihad had become compulsory on every Muslim government according to its means.
